Please read these terms of service ("Terms") carefully before accessing or using our photography services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, customers, and others who access or use our photography services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access or use the services.

Agreement
1.1 This agreement ("Agreement") is made between you ("Client," "Customer," "User," "You") and [Photography Business Name] ("Service Provider," "Photographer," "We," "Us," "Our").

1.2 By booking our photography services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

Photography Services
2.1 We provide professional photography services for various purposes, including but not limited to, weddings, portraits, events, commercial, real estate, and other photography needs.

2.2 The scope and details of the services, including the number of hours, locations, and deliverables, will be discussed and agreed upon between the parties prior to the commencement of photography services. Any changes or modifications to the agreed-upon services must be made in writing and mutually agreed upon.

2.3 We reserve the right to decline requests for our services at our sole discretion.

Copyright and Usage Rights
3.1 The copyright and all other intellectual property rights of the photographs taken during our photography services are owned by the Service Provider. The Client understands and agrees that the Service Provider has the right to use the photographs for advertising, marketing, promotional, and display purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

3.2 The Service Provider grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the photographs for personal, non-commercial purposes. The Client may reproduce, display, and distribute the photographs for personal use only, provided that the Service Provider is credited as the photographer and rightful copyright holder.

3.3 Any usage of the photographs by the Client for commercial purposes, including but not limited to publication, sale, or distribution, requires prior written consent from the Service Provider and may be subject to additional fees.

Payment and Cancellation Policy
4.1 The fee for our photography services is agreed upon between the parties and specified in the booking agreement. The Client agrees to make full payment in accordance with the payment terms specified in the agreement.

4.2 In the event of cancellation by the Client, any deposit or payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The Client understands that the Service Provider may have incurred expenses or lost opportunities as a result of the cancellation.

4.3 In the event of cancellation or postponement by the Service Provider due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness, equipment failure, or force majeure, efforts will be made to reschedule the photography services at no additional cost to the Client or, if not possible, a full refund will be issued.

Liability and Indemnification
5.1 The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Service Provider, its agents, and employees from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to the use of the photographs, provision of the photography services, or breach of these Terms by the Client.

5.2 The Service Provider will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the photography services, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
6.1 These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes or legal actions arising out of or in connection with the photography services or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].

Modifications
7.1 We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

7.2 By continuing to access or use our photography services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you are no longer authorized to access or use the services.
